The Management team relies on the LOV Management Committee (the Management team with the 3 Research team Leaders) as well as on the Unit Council (with elected and appointed members) to better manage scientific policy, human resources and LOV prevention. For Health and Safety aspects, the Management team is assisted by two Prevention Officers, Sophie Marro and Thierry Blasco.
