Doctorant co-leading the Argo-Dome project that aims to develop an ocean observation framework for Areas Beyond National Jurisdiction (ABNJ). His thesis addresses spatio-temporal variability, ecosystem services linked to the biological carbon pump, and three-dimensional management in the Thermal Dome off-shore Central America using argo floats to enhance decision-making aligned with the BBNJ agreement.
